You will screen pre-sourced candidates, assess fit and salary expectations, and present top talent to US leadership. The role centers on US-based recruitment with strong English communication, autonomous workflow, and adherence to EST business hours.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of US recruitment experience in niche industrial, manufacturing, or commercial recruiting is a major plus.
• Excellent English communication with neutral accent to engage US-based professionals.
• Proven track record in phone screening, outreach/headhunting, and candidate evaluation.
• Ability to work autonomously and meet call targets with objective judgment.

Responsibilities

• In-Depth Candidate Screening: conduct structured phone screenings with US-based applicants.
• Targeted Headhunting & Outreach to supplement talent pipelines.
• Qualification & Vetting: tailor questions to niche roles in wood, plastics, and metal manufacturing/industrial sectors.
• Pipeline Management & Handoffs: manage pipelines and present top candidates to hiring leadership.
• Candidate Engagement: provide a strong candidate experience and address queries.
• ATS Tracking & Reporting: maintain real-time records in ATS/CRM.
• Verbal Excellence: communicate with SAE clarity for US candidates.
• Cultural Alignment: engage with North American professional culture.
