Qualifications:

• Proven experience in US recruitment, especially interacting US candidates.
• Strong experience recruiting for multiple roles across different industries, job functions, and seniority levels in the US market.
• Solid understanding of US recruitment practices, talent sourcing strategies, and candidate engagement.
• Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean search, and other recruitment tools.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions, prioritize workloads, and work effectively in a target-driven environment.
• Willingness to work the night shift and maintain a productive WFH setup.
