IMS Outsourcing Solutions Inc. is seeking a US Recruitment specialist to manage the full lifecycle from sourcing to successful hires.

You will source candidates through job boards and LinkedIn Recruiter, screen, coordinate interviews, and build talent pipelines while partnering with hiring managers to understand needs. You will also prepare and negotiate offers, maintain ATS records, and strive to meet hiring targets and KPIs in a dynamic team environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of US recruitment or staffing experience.
• Strong sourcing skills and knowledge of best practices.
• Experience with ATS and major platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, CareerBuilder, Monster).
• Excellent English communication.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions independently.
• Strong organizational and stakeholder management.

Responsabilités

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for US-based openings across various industries and skill levels.
• Source qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Conduct candidate screening, phone interviews, and competency assessments.
• Coordinate interviews and provide candidates with timely updates throughout the hiring process.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for active and future requirements.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and recruitment strategies.
• Prepare and negotiate job offers while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate candidate records within ATS and recruitment databases.
• Consistently meet hiring targets, turnaround times, and recruitment KPIs.
