The role requires translating complex technical requirements into accurate candidate assessments and partnering with hiring managers to deliver high-quality talent. You will own sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offers, using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, and talent mapping.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of US recruitment experience (RPO/agency preferred).
• Experience recruiting across Technology and IT functions.
• Strong sourcing and Boolean search skills.
• Experience supporting US-based hiring managers and stakeholders.
• Willingness to work FULL ONSITE in Libis Quezon City with US schedule.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle (intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, placement).
• Recruit for Software Engineers, Full-Stack Developers, DevOps, Cloud, Data, Cybersecurity, IT infra roles.
