Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd in the Philippines is seeking a Recruiter with US Healthcare account experience to support end-to-end recruitment for healthcare-related BPO roles serving U.S.-based clients. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of recruitment experience in a US account and is comfortable working on a night-shift schedule.

You will source qualified candidates, conduct initial interviews, screen for healthcare/BPO experience, coordinate interviews, and endorse candidates to hiring managers

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of recruitment experience in a US account.
• At least 1 year of night-shift experience, preferably supporting US-based clients.
• Experience in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and endorsing candidates.
• Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven recruitment environment.
• Willing to work on a night-shift schedule.
