Private Advertiser is seeking an experienced recruiter to source, screen, and interview candidates for US healthcare roles. You will manage end-to-end recruitment from intake to offer and maintain precise ATS records to track hiring progress.

The role requires verifying licenses and credentials and delivering a high-quality candidate experience, including coordinating with US hours. Hybrid work is available after an initial onsite period.

Formación

• 1+ year of US healthcare recruitment experience is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field preferred.
• Familiarity with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Boolean search.
