Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking a Recruiter in the Philippines to manage end-to-end recruitment for US roles. You will source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, Boolean search, and other channels, screen resumes, and conduct interviews by phone or video.

You will coordinate interviews with US hiring managers, maintain ATS records, and provide regular pipeline updates and interview feedback. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 1+ year of recruitment experience, preferably in US

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field preferred.
• At least 1 year of recruitment experience (US healthcare recruitment preferred).
• Strong sourcing and interviewing skills; experience with ATS/CRM and LinkedIn Recruiter.
