Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Healthcare Recruiter to support US healthcare recruitment. The role focuses on sourcing, screening, and interviewing US-based healthcare professionals and building a robust talent pipeline.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in US healthcare recruitment, strong sourcing skills, and willingness to work the US night shift. On-site in Quezon City with a transition to a hybrid model after six months.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in US Healthcare Recruitment.
• Proven experience sourcing and recruiting US-based healthcare professionals.
• End-to-end recruitment experience from sourcing to onboarding.
• Experience with Nurses, Allied Health, Physicians or other healthcare roles preferred.
• Proficient in LinkedIn, Indeed, Boolean Search, and other sourcing tools.
• Willing to work on a US shift/night shift.
• Willing to work onsite in Quezon City, transitioning to hybrid (3x onsite) after 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Source and attract qualified US-based healthcare candidates.
• Conduct candidate screening and initial interviews.
• Build and maintain an active healthcare talent pipeline.
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate follow-ups.
• Partner with recruitment team to meet hiring requirements and targets.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment updates.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in US Healthcare Recruitment
• Proven experience sourcing and recruiting US-based healthcare professionals
• Strong background in end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and screening through interview coordination and offer/onboarding
• Experience handling healthcare roles such as Nurses, Allied Health, Physicians, or other healthcare professionals is preferred
• Proficient in LinkedIn, Indeed, Boolean Search, and other sourcing tools
• Strong candidate engagement, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills
• Experience in US staffing, RPO, recruitment agency, or BPO is an advantage
• Willing to work on a US shift/night shift
