Job summary

PM Consulting is seeking a US Recruiter to manage the full recruitment lifecycle for U.S.-based roles. You will source and engage candidates, conduct screenings, coordinate interviews, and oversee offers and onboarding across healthcare talent.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in full-cycle recruitment for U.S.-based clients and hands-on experience with ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter. This role requires collaboration with hiring managers and a focus on a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field preferred.
• At least 4 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment for U.S.-based roles/clients.
• Healthcare recruitment experience is required.
• Proven experience sourcing and hiring healthcare professionals.
• Experience working with U.S.-based hiring managers and candidates.
• Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes.
• Experience using ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other sourcing tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for U.S.-based positions.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Source and attract qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, talent databases, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Conduct candidate sourcing, initial screening, interviews, and assessments.
• Build and maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring requirements.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process and provide timely updates.
• Conduct reference checks, background checks, and other pre-employment requirements as applicable.
• Prepare and facilitate job offers and coordinate pre-employment and onboarding requirements.
• Maintain accurate candidate information and recruitment activity within the ATS.
• Monitor recruitment metrics, pipeline activity, and hiring progress.
• Partner with hiring managers to ensure a positive and efficient candidate experience.
• Support recruitment campaigns, talent mapping, market research, and other sourcing initiatives.
• Stay updated on talent market trends and effective sourcing strategies for U.S. healthcare talent.
• Ensure recruitment activities are conducted in accordance with applicable policies and requirements.
