Job summary

Astella Intl Corporation is seeking a US Recruiter to join our recruitment team and support the hiring needs of our US-based client. You will source, engage, screen, and coordinate qualified candidates for various roles, conducting proactive outreach including cold calling.

This role emphasizes talent acquisition, candidate sourcing, and end-to-end recruitment processes. You will work onsite in Bacoor, Cavite, aligning schedules with US business hours and contributing to meeting hiring targets

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, psychology, business administration or related field preferred.
• At least 1 year of US-based hiring/recruitment experience.
• Experience with outbound recruitment or cold calling is an advantage.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Familiar with recruitment tools, ATS, job boards and sourcing platforms.
• Willing to work US business hours/night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Source qualified candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks, databases, referrals and other channels.
• Conduct outbound recruitment and cold calls to potential candidates.
• Review resumes and applications based on client requirements.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and qualification.
• Discuss job opportunities, responsibilities, schedules, compensation and other details with candidates.
• Build and maintain strong communication with candidates through regular follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activities in the systems.
• Coordinate qualified candidates for interviews and subsequent stages.
• Collaborate with Account Manager and client recruitment team to understand hiring needs.
• Provide timely updates on sourcing progress and recruitment status.
• Meet established sourcing and recruitment targets.
• Provide a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the process.

About the Role

Astella Intl Corporation is looking for US Recruiter to join our recruitment team and support the hiring needs of our U.S.-based client.

In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, screening, and coordinating qualified candidates for various client positions. You will conduct proactive candidate sourcing and outbound recruitment, including cold calling, while ensuring candidates are properly assessed and endorsed for further consideration.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, candidate sourcing in Staffing & Recruitment Industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Source qualified candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks, databases, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Conduct outbound recruitment and cold calls to potential candidates.
• Review resumes and applications based on specific client requirements.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and qualification.
• Discuss job opportunities, responsibilities, schedules, compensation, and other relevant details with candidates.
• Build and maintain strong communication with prospective candidates through regular follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activities in the appropriate systems.
• Maintain an organized and updated candidate pipeline.
• Coordinate qualified candidates for interviews and succeeding stages of the recruitment process.
• Work closely with the Account Manager and client recruitment team to understand hiring requirements and candidate profiles.
• Provide timely updates on sourcing progress, candidate availability, and recruitment status.
• Meet established sourcing and recruitment targets.
• Provide a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Perform other recruitment-related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• At least 1 year of solid experience on U.S based hiring/recruitment.

• Experience in outbound recruitment or cold calling is an advantage.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.

• Comfortable using recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems, job boards, and sourcing platforms.
• Willing to work U.S. business hours/night shifts.
• Results-oriented and comfortable working with recruitment targets and deadlines.
• This may not be the role for you if you don't have direct U.S hiring/recruitment experience.
