Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain US client financial records and ledgers using QuickBooks Online.
• Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and real estate documents.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements.
• Collaborate with senior accountants and overseas teams.
• Ensure compliance with real estate accounting standards and multi-state requirements.
• Identify process improvements and streamline workflows.
