Job summary

eData Services US, L.L.C. is seeking an Accounting Associate / Bookkeeper for US accounts in McKinley, Taguig. This onsite role requires graveyard US hours and end-to-end bookkeeping, data analysis, and financial reconciliation for US-based clients.

You will work directly with US executives, perform entries, reconcile accounts, track expenses, and generate reports. A bachelor's degree in accounting or related field plus Excel and accounting software proficiency are required; strong English

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Mathematics, or related business field.
Experience in accounting or bookkeeping preferred.
Proficient with MS Excel and accounting software.
Excellent verbal and written English for client communication.
Analytical, organized, process-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
Onsite availability in McKinley, Taguig during US business hours (graveyard shift).

Responsibilities

Perform bookkeeping entries, account reconciliation, and data processing.
Match expense receipts and generate weekly expense reports using designated accounting software.
Analyze financial data to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
Communicate directly with US Executives to clarify entries and resolve issues.
