Job summary

Vertu Agent, LLC. is seeking a seasoned bookkeeper to manage US real estate entities from the Philippines, delivering accurate month-end closes.

You will handle multi-entity bookkeeping, reconcile accounts, manage AP/AR, and prepare tax-ready files for the CPA, while explaining numbers clearly to owners.

This full-time, remote role follows US business hours with competitive base salary and potential commissions. Experience with DoorLoop/Buildium is a plus; CPA or accounting degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Full-charge bookkeeping for US entities across multiple LLCs.
• Monthly bank and credit card reconciliations; chart of accounts cleanup.
• AP/AR, invoicing, vendor payments and collections follow-up.
• Track property income, expenses, security deposits and intercompany transfers.
• Monthly close with P&L, balance sheet and cash flow.
• Tax-ready files for the CPA, including 1099s.
• Clean up historical books when needed.

Job description

  Nice to have: real estate or property management, DoorLoop, AppFolio or Buildium, CPA or accounting degree, QuickBooks ProAdvisor. Top of range: real estate multi-LLC experience, cleaning up messy books, owning the CPA relationship.

Benefits

• $20,000–30,000 USD/year ($1,800–2,600/month) base plus potential commission. Full-time, remote, US business hours.
