Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of U.S. staffing agency recruiting experience.
• Hands-on experience supporting MSP recruitment programs and MSP workflows.
• Experience recruiting across IT/Tech, Financial Services, Healthcare, or Professional Services.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake to placement.
• Support U.S. enterprise clients via MSP programs and VMS.
• Develop targeted sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards.
• Screen candidates for technical qualifications, experience, and communication skills.
• Manage multiple requisitions and prioritize based on urgency and timelines.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and account teams to hit submission and placement targets.
