• Provide accurate information and assistance regarding inquiries, products, and services.
• Assist customers with home loan, mortgage, or insurance inquiries.
• Resolve complaints professionally and document interactions accurately.
• Ensure compliance with policies and meet KPIs for CSAT, QA, and productivity.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer concerns.
