Job summary

Nexus Recruitment Group is seeking a skilled Technical Recruiter in Metro Manila to cover software development and IT operations roles. You will manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to onboarding, building pipelines across development and technical infrastructure.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years in tech recruitment, strong sourcing capabilities, and experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, and job boards. A collaboration-focused, metrics-driven mindset will help drive staffing success.

Qualifications

2–5 years of experience in tech recruitment.
Experience hiring across software development and infrastructure/IT operations roles.
Strong sourcing strategies and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT roles including software engineering and infrastructure positions.
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and tech stacks.
Build candidate pipelines via job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, Boolean search, and direct sourcing.
Screen candidates for technical skills, communication, and role fit.
Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and support offer negotiations.
Maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS.
Stay updated on market trends and emerging IT skill sets.
