Job summary

TOA Global Pty is seeking a US Intermediate Bookkeeper to join our North American division. This onsite role covers payroll, tax compliance, and financial reporting for US SMEs, with a focus on accuracy and regulatory confidence.

The ideal candidate has 2-3+ years of US accounting experience, proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel, and strong English communication. Work onsite at our Cebu facilities and align with US time zones.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience, preferably with a US accounting firm, BPO/shared services, or US SME environment.
• Proficient in QuickBooks Online and Excel/Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Master the digital ledger using QuickBooks Online and Hubdoc; manage AP/AR workflows.
• Lead end-to-end payroll processing with US payroll compliance and year-end forms (1099-NEC, 1099-MISC).
• Provide monthly management accounts and detailed financial reports supporting 1120S and 1065 tax returns.
