Job summary

TOA Global Pty in Clark, Cebu, Manila, or Tarlac, Philippines, is seeking a US Junior Bookkeeper for an entry-level role in its international division. You will handle day-to-day transaction processing, maintain the general ledger, and assist with payroll processing to keep client accounts compliant and ready for strategic management decisions.

You will use QuickBooks Online/Desktop to record and reconcile transactions, post journal entries, and prepare key reports such as P&L and Balance

Qualifications

1-2 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or payroll is preferred, but we are open to high-potential candidates ready to learn.
A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is a significant advantage.
Proficiency in QuickBooks Online (or aptitude to learn modern accounting software quickly).
Strong written and verbal English communication skills; independent worker with the ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

Maintain day-to-day transaction processing, general ledger maintenance, and payroll processing.
Record and reconcile bank, credit card, and loan transactions using QuickBooks Online/Desktop.
Post journal entries and prepare foundational financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheets, General Ledgers).
Maintain organized digital work papers and communicate with team to resolve discrepancies.
