Job summary

TOA Global is seeking a US Intermediate Bookkeeper to join our North American division. The role requires attention to detail and expertise in US payroll, tax compliance, and financial reporting.

You will work onsite in Clark, Philippines, handling complex bookkeeping tasks and ensuring regulatory clarity for US-based SMEs. You'll master QuickBooks Online and Hubdoc, manage AP/AR workflows, and provide monthly management accounts and tax-ready outputs such as 1099 forms.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience, preferably within US accounting firms, BPO/shared services, or US SMEs.
• Solid understanding of US tax laws and preparation frameworks.
• Excellent English communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Master the Digital Ledger: categorize transactions with Hubdoc and QuickBooks Online; manage AP/AR workflows.
• Payroll & Compliance Leadership: end-to-end payroll processing; prepare 1099-NEC and 1099-MISC forms.
• Strategic Financial Reporting: prepare monthly management accounts and reports for tax returns (1120S, 1065).
• Proactive problem solving: read IRS/state notices; train junior staff and ensure accuracy.
