Job summary

TOA Global, Clark, Philippines, is seeking a US Intermediate Accountant to manage small client portfolios with limited supervision. This onsite role emphasizes data security and quality, going beyond returns to act as a mentor to junior staff and a strategic partner to our US‑based clients.

You will lead end‑to‑end US federal and state tax compliance, oversee the General Ledger, and collaborate with the US accounting team to resolve complex issues and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years US accounting experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
• Proficient in QuickBooks/QuickBooks Online and US GAAP.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end US client portfolios and tax compliance.
• Prepare complex US federal and state tax returns (1120/1120S, 1065, 1041).
• Review junior staff work for accuracy and completeness.
• Oversee General Ledger, including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Coordinate with the US accounting team to meet deadlines.
