Job summary

TOA Global is seeking a US Junior Bookkeeper to join our international accounting division in the Philippines. This entry-level role focuses on day-to-day transaction processing, general ledger maintenance, and payroll processing for multiple clients, using QuickBooks Online and Desktop to keep records accurate and compliant.

You'll work Monday to Friday night shifts (9:00 PM–6:00 AM PHT) from Clark, Cebu, Manila, or Tarlac, with opportunities to grow within a global team and gain exposure to

Qualifications

1-2 years of accounting, bookkeeping, or payroll experience preferred; bachelor's degree advantageous.
Proficiency in QuickBooks Online; ability to learn cloud-based accounting software quickly.
Attention to detail and ability to work independently while meeting deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills for collaboration with global teams.

Responsibilities

Maintain day-to-day transaction processing for multiple client entities.
Perform general ledger maintenance and payroll processing.
Prepare and review financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheets) and post journal entries.
Maintain organized digital work papers and communicate discrepancies with team.
