TOA Global is seeking a US Senior Bookkeeper to maintain financial integrity for North American clients. This onsite role requires US accounting standards expertise and a secure, on-site work environment.

The position emphasizes mastering Accounts Payable/Receivable, producing detailed monthly/quarterly statements, and leading complex month-end close, with a night shift schedule from Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of bookkeeping experience in US accounting firms or SME
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Online, MS Excel, and PowerPoint
• Excellent English business writing and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Own client portfolios ensuring high-accuracy bookkeeping
• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial statements and reports
• Lead month-end and year-end close processes and assist with tax prep
• Identify and implement process improvements to drive efficiency
• Support data security through onsite operations
