Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Partnering: Collaborate with business leaders to align HR initiatives with business objectives, providing tailored HR solutions that support organizational growth.
Talent Acquisition: Lead the end‑to‑end recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring, while ensuring an efficient and positive experience for candidates.
