Job description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic HR Partnering: Collaborate with business leaders to align HR initiatives with business objectives, providing tailored HR solutions that support organizational growth.
  • Talent Acquisition: Lead the end‑to‑end recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring, while ensuring an efficient and positive experience for candidates.
  • PEO/EOR Management: Manage and optimize relationships with external PEO/EOR providers to ensure seamless employment services for remote or international teams. This includes compliance, onboarding, payroll, benefits administration, and other HR services offered through the PEO/EOR model.
  • Workforce Planning & Strategy: Partner with leadership to assess workforce needs and implement strategies for effective staffing, talent development, and employee retention.
  • Employee Relations & Engagement: Provide proactive-direct support to employees and management on various HR‑related issues, including performance management, conflict resolution, and employee relations.
  • Onboarding & Integration: Oversee onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring proper integration into the company culture and compliance with both internal policies and external employment regulations (especially for PEO/EOR‑managed employees).
  • Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure that all HR practices, particularly in recruitment and PEO/EOR partnerships, comply with local labor laws, industry regulations, and organizational policies.
  • HR Reporting & Analytics: Use data to monitor key HR metrics, analyze trends, and make recommendations to enhance recruitment efforts, employee engagement, and overall HR effectiveness.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive HR initiatives that promote continuous improvement in recruitment, talent management, and workforce efficiency across both local and remote teams.
