Job Description

As a US HR Generalist, you will support US EOR resources by managing employee concerns, engagement activities, and HR processes. You will work closely with employees, managers, and US stakeholders to ensure a positive employee experience and smooth HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the HR point of contact for US EOR employees regarding HR concerns and requests


• Handle employee relations matters, including employee concerns, conflict resolution, and workplace issues


• Support employee engagement initiatives to improve employee experience and retention


• Manage onboarding, employee documentation, and offboarding processes


• Maintain accurate employee records and HR reports


• Partner with recruitment, operations, and US teams to support staffing-related HR needs


• Ensure confidentiality of employee information

Qualifications
