Bold Business seeks an HR Generalist to provide comprehensive HR support across policies, onboarding, records management, performance tracking, and disciplinary actions. You will guide employees on procedures and ensure compliance while partnering with management on people initiatives.

This remote role requires 2–3 years of HR experience, familiarity with local labor laws, HRIS proficiency, and the ability to conduct investigations and draft notices. US hours apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HRM, Psychology, Business Admin or related field.
• 2-3 years progressive HR experience (HR Specialist/HR Generalist).
• Strong knowledge of local labor laws and employment standards, with experience handling disciplinary processes (drafting NTE).
• Experience tracking performance metrics, scorecards, and attendance data.
• Proficiency with HRIS, data entry, and maintaining employee records.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for HR documentation and queries.

Responsabilités

• Policy administration and implementation of HR processes.
• Develop organizational guidelines and procedures.
• Conduct pre-investigations to identify root causes of incidents and grievances.
• Draft Notices to Explain (NTE) and support disciplinary processes.
• Assist in resolving employee relations challenges and departmental initiatives.
• Manage onboarding for new hires and newly regularized employees.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
• Handle internal/external HR inquiries and verifications (COEs).
• Support performance management processes and scorecard tracking.
• Monitor HR metrics, attendance concerns, and other indicators.
• Prepare HR reports and departmental documentation.
• Provide general HR project support as needed.
