Responsibilities
Strategic HR Partnering:Collaborate with business leaders to align HR initiatives with business objectives, providing tailored HR solutions that support organizational growth.
Talent Acquisition:Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring, while ensuring an efficient and positive experience for candidates.
PEO/EOR Management: Manage and optimize relationships with external PEO/EOR providers to ensure seamless employment services for remote or international teams. This includes compliance, onboarding, payroll, benefits administration, and other HR services offered through the PEO/EOR model.
Workforce Planning & Strategy:Partner with leadership to assess workforce needs and implement strategies for effective staffing, talent development, and employee retention.
Employee Relations & Engagement:Provide proactive support to employees and management on various HR-related issues, including performance management, conflict resolution, and employee relations.
Onboarding & Integration:Oversee onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring proper integration into the company culture and compliance with both internal policies and external employment regulations (especially for PEO/EOR-managed employees).
Compliance & Risk Management:Ensure that all HR practices, particularly in recruitment and PEO/EOR partnerships, comply with local labor laws, industry regulations, and organizational policies.
