Job summary

Bold Business is seeking an HR Generalist to provide comprehensive HR support, policy guidance, and onboarding for employees, including disciplinary processes and record-keeping. This role partners with the HR Manager to ensure compliance and smooth operations across the organization.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in HR-related fields, 2–3 years HR experience (BPO is a plus), and strong knowledge of local labor laws. Remote-first setup with US hours is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–3 years of progressive HR experience; BPO experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of local labor laws and disciplinary processes (drafting NTEs, investigations).
• Experience tracking performance metrics, scorecards, and attendance data.
• Proficiency with HRIS, data entry, and maintaining employee records.

Responsibilities

• Provide policy guidance and administer HR processes.
• Develop organizational guidelines and procedures.
• Conduct pre-investigations to identify root causes of incidents and grievances.
• Draft Notices to Explain (NTE) and support disciplinary processes.
• Assist in resolving employee relations issues and supporting initiatives.
• Oversee onboarding for new hires and newly regularized employees.
• Manage and secure employee records and HR databases.
• Handle internal/external HR inquiries, COEs, and general questions.
• Support performance management and monitor HR metrics.
• Prepare HR reports and department metrics.
• Deliver other HR projects as needed.
