Qualifications

Position Summary

The Estimator plays a vital role within the Estimating Department, ensuring accurate and timely cost assessments for projects. They collaborate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to develop comprehensive project estimates. This role requires a focus on detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to balance multiple projects, helping to ensure the company's projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Position Responsibilities

The Estimator will support the team to achieve a high level of accuracy in estimating project costs while adhering to company standards and best practices. Key responsibilities include:

1. Estimate Preparation
   • Develop detailed cost estimates based on project specifications and client requirements.
   • Review and analyze plans, proposals, and specifications to determine material, labor, and time requirements.
   • Prepare takeoffs and quantity assessments for mid-sized projects.
2. Collaboration & Communication
   • Work closely with senior estimators, project managers, and clients to understand project scope and goals.
