Job summary

Sourcefit is seeking an Operations Admin to support our commercial flooring sales and estimating team. The role focuses on pricing, proposal development, and light estimating work to help deliver accurate bids for commercial projects.

The ideal candidate manages multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, communicates effectively with vendors and distributors, and works on-site in Quezon City with a Monday–Friday schedule that aligns to local holiday observance.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in commercial flooring, construction, estimating, or a related industry preferred.
• Familiarity with vendor/distributor pricing processes and bid support.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to vendors and distributors to obtain material pricing for commercial flooring projects supporting multiple Sales Executives.
• Build detailed project quotations based on client requirements and the ITB structure.
• Assist with proposal preparation and completing rudimentary takeoffs for small projects using Bluebeam or other software.
• Maintain organized pricing records, project documentation, and correspondence.
• Collaborate with Sales, Estimating, and Operations to support timelines and accuracy.

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Operations Admin to support our commercial flooring sales and estimating team. This role plays a key part in assisting with pricing, proposal development, and light estimating support to ensure accurate and competitive bids for commercial projects.

The ideal candidate is proactive, comfortable communicating with vendors and distributors, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Work Set-up: On-Site (Quezon City)
• Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 PM to 6 AM PH (8 AM to 5 PM EST)
• Holiday: Following Select Philippine Holidays

Key Responsibilities

• Reach out to vendors and distributors to obtain material pricing for commercial flooring projects supporting multiple Sales Executives.
• Build detailed project quotations based on client requirements and the structure outlined in Invitations to Bid (ITBs).
• Assist with proposal preparation, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with client specifications. Fill in as needed to complete rudimentary takeoffs for small projects using Bluebeam or other takeoff software.
• Maintain organized pricing records, project documentation, and correspondence.
• Collaborate with Sales, Estimating, and Operations teams to support project timelines and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Basic experience with Bluebeam or similar takeoff/estimating software is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
