You will price work, monitor budgets, analyze variations, and help safeguard profitability while coordinating with management and operations. The role requires 3–5+ years in construction estimating, experience with PlanSwift, and familiarity with Bluebeam Revu or Procore.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of construction estimating experience.
• Experience in plumbing, earthworks, landscaping, pools, or related construction sectors preferred.
• Proficiency in estimating and quoting software, preferably PlanSwift.
• Experience using Bluebeam Revu or Procore, or similar platforms.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate project estimates and quantity take-offs.
• Ensure projects are delivered within the estimated budget.
• Support profitability through accurate pricing and cost control.
• Monitor project costs and identify potential labor, material, or resource issues.
• Provide weekly project performance reports comparing actual costs against budget.
• Coordinate project requirements including labor, materials, equipment, schedules, and risk factors.
• Maintain and update the sales pipeline.
• Track and monitor the status of submitted quotations.
• Price project variations and identify scope gaps and commercial risks.
• Negotiate competitive material pricing from suppliers.
• Ensure materials are purchased from approved suppliers.
• Develop and maintain profit-tracking systems for each project.
• Maintain accurate project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure all job-related information is recorded in the job management system.
• Support and guide team members in the proper use of company systems.
• Build and strengthen client relationships alongside the Managing Director.
• Share market insights and business opportunities to support company growth.
• Develop process documentation and training materials to improve operational efficiency.
• Maintain professional and timely communication with all stakeholders.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
