Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a US Benefits Eligibility Specialist in Ortigas, Pasig City for night shift with hybrid work setup. You will manage the full eligibility lifecycle for small group accounts, from enrollment through maintenance, in Employee Navigator and DataSource, with seasonal quoting support during peak periods.

You’ll work in CBC’s Sales Operations, coordinating with U.S.-based teams and internal staff.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred in business administration, health administration, or related field.
• Equivalent experience in insurance operations, eligibility administration, or benefits administration considered.

Responsibilities

• Own the full eligibility lifecycle for small group accounts from enrollment to terminations.
• Set up new groups and members in Employee Navigator and DataSource with accurate plan assignments.
• Update and maintain eligibility records in Employee Navigator and DataSource on an ongoing basis.
• Respond to day-to-day eligibility requests from clients, carriers, and internal teams.
• Process qualifying life events (QLE) and mid-year enrollment changes across systems.
• Process and review enrollment forms for completeness and accuracy, and submit packages to carriers.
• Maintain interaction logs and documentation in CRM and document platforms.
