Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a US Employee Benefits Coordinator to join a hybrid, night-shift team in Ortigas, Pasig City. You’ll serve as a front-line contact for HR and employees, guiding them through benefits enrollment and resolving inquiries with precision.

You will work with CRM platforms, coordinate with carriers, and coach peers on best practices while maintaining compliance and achieving KPIs in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years' experience in employee benefits or client service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with benefits administration processes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for client and employee inquiries via phone, email, chat, and SMS.
• Ensure high-quality service aligned with client expectations and contracts.
• Handle daily service requests, escalations, and issue resolution promptly.
• Support open enrollment, guide through benefit options and eligibility.
• Maintain CRM case records and coordinate with carriers and internal teams.
• Educate peers on best practices and ensure SLA-driven delivery.
• Monitor timelines and identify process improvements.
