Job summary

MicroSourcing seeks a US Benefits Eligibility Specialist to join its Sales Operations team in a hybrid, night-shift role based in Ortigas, Pasig City. You will manage the full eligibility lifecycle for small group accounts, from enrollment setup to ongoing maintenance.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in insurance eligibility or benefits administration, and experience with Employee Navigator, DataSource, or similar platforms. This position offers competitive rewards and career growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in insurance eligibility administration or related benefits operations.
• Direct experience managing eligibility and enrollment for small group health insurance accounts preferred.
• Experience supporting a U.S.-based insurance brokerage or benefits firm preferred.
• Prior MicroSourcing experience or familiarity with remote U.S.-aligned work environments a plus.
• Proficient with Zoom Contact Center and related eligibility/enrollment platforms.
• Strong written and spoken English communication required.

Responsibilities

• Own full eligibility lifecycle for small group accounts from setup to termination.
• Set up groups and members in Employee Navigator and DataSource with correct plans.
• Update eligibility records across Employee Navigator and DataSource.
• Respond to daily eligibility requests from clients, carriers, internal teams.
• Process QLE documentation and mid-year enrollment changes.
• Maintain organized client files in SharePoint/Google Drive.
• Assist with seasonal quoting during peak periods.
• Maintain processing logs and adhere to SOPs and deadlines.
