Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Health Insurance Eligibility & Enrollment Specialist in Ortigas, Pasig City. The role operates in a hybrid night-shift setup within Sales Operations, handling full eligibility lifecycle and enrollment processing for small group accounts.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years in insurance eligibility or benefits administration, proficiency with Employee Navigator and related platforms, and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in insurance eligibility administration or related benefits operations.
• Experience managing eligibility and enrollment for small group health accounts preferred.
• Experience with U.S.-based brokerage or remote US-aligned work is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the full eligibility lifecycle for small group accounts, from setup to changes and terminations.
• Manage enrollment queue, validate forms, and submit packages to carriers by deadlines.
• Verify eligibility data, resolve discrepancies, and coordinate with carriers on confirmations.
• Maintain organized client files and ensure documentation compliance.
