Job summary

Gushwork, a Bengaluru-based company building an Agent Operating System, is hiring experienced B2B SaaS SDRs to prospect outbound into the U.S. market. This role involves cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and booking qualified meetings.

You will own the end-to-end outbound process, qualify opportunities using BANT/PAINT/MEDDIC, and partner with Account Executives for smooth handoffs. Compensation is top-tier with uncapped bonuses.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience as an SDR or BDR in B2B campaigns.
• Proven track record of booking meetings for U.S based B2B companies.
• Experience selling into SMB or Mid-Market U.S accounts.
• Strong outbound cold calling background (not just warm leads).
• Comfortable discussing ROI, marketing, growth, or tech solutions.
• Familiarity with tools HubSpot, Salesforce, Justcall will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• 150 outbound cold calls daily to U.S companies.
• Getting 10 Sales Accepted Meetings per month.
• Multi-touch outreach (calls, LinkedIn, email).
• Handling real objections (not just script reading).
• Qualifying based on ICP, BANT/PAINT, MEDDIC methods.
• Working closely with Account Executives for clean handoffs.
• Logging structured notes in CRM.
