Gushwork is building an Agent Operating System and is looking for experienced B2B SaaS SDRs who have booked meetings in the U.S. market. This is an outbound-focused role, not a call center, based remotely from the Philippines.

You’ll own outbound prospecting from cold calling to scheduling qualified meetings, targeting SMB and mid-market U.S. accounts. Expect multi-touch outreach, objections handling, and close collaboration with Account Executives for clean handoffs.

Qualificações

• 2+ years experience as an SDR or BDR in B2B campaigns.
• Proven track record of booking meetings for U.S.-based B2B companies.
• Experience selling into SMB or mid-market U.S. accounts.
• Strong outbound cold calling background.
• Comfortable discussing ROI, marketing, growth or tech solutions.
• Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce and JustCall is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Outbound prospecting from cold calling to booking qualified meetings.
• Manage 150 outbound calls daily to U.S. companies.
• Engage via multi-touch outreach (calls, LinkedIn, email).
• Handle objections and qualify using ICP, BANT/PAINT/MEDDIC.
• Collaborate with Account Executives for clean handoffs.
• Log structured notes in CRM.
