Job summary

MicroSourcing in Manila-based setup is seeking a Bookkeeper for US Accounts to join onsite night shift at Eastwood, Libis, Quezon City. You will manage day-to-day bookkeeping and ensure accuracy of financial records.

The role covers AP/AR, bank reconciliations, Stripe reconciliation, and Bill.com workflows, with QuickBooks as primary system. You’ll support month-end close and assist the Finance Manager.

Qualifications

• Proven bookkeeping or accounting experience maintaining accurate records.
• Hands-on QuickBooks experience for daily bookkeeping and reconciliations.
• Strong knowledge of AP/AR, bank reconciliations, and payroll basics.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial data.
• Proficient Excel/Sheets for tracking and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Record, reconcile, and maintain financial transactions to ensure records integrity.
• Handle end-to-end AP/AR, invoices, payments, and vendor relations.
• Reconcile bank and credit card statements; investigate discrepancies.
• Maintain QuickBooks updates and month-end closings support.
• Monitor Stripe payments and Bill.com workflows for timely processing.
• Provide general finance support and document organization.
