Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Mathematics, or a related business course.
• Previous background in accounting or bookkeeping is highly preferred.
• Computer literate with proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
• Excellent verbal and written English skills are required for client interaction.
• Analytical, organized, process-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Must be willing to work onsite in McKinley, Taguig during US business hours (Graveyard Shift).

Responsibilities

• Perform bookkeeping entries, account reconciliation, and data processing.
• Match expense receipts and generate weekly expense reports using designated accounting software.
• Analyze financial data to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
• Communicate directly with US Executives to clarify entries and resolve issues.
