Job summary

MicroSourcing in Eastwood, Libis, Quezon City is seeking a Bookkeeper for an onsite, day-shift role. You will record daily financial transactions, process AP and AR, reconcile bank accounts, and assist with month-end closing.

Candidates should have at least 2 years of bookkeeping experience, strong Excel and MS Office skills, and excellent English communication. You will maintain the general ledger, prepare journals, generate financial reports, support payroll, and help improve finance processes.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience.
• Proficiency in Excel and MS Office; able to process AP/AR and reconciliations.
• Strong written and verbal English communication; able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Record and maintain accurate daily financial transactions and up-to-date records.
• Process AP and AR transactions promptly and accurately.
• Reconcile bank accounts, credit card statements, and other records.
• Prepare journal entries and support month-end closing activities.
• Maintain the general ledger and ensure compliance with policies and standards.
• Generate financial reports to support decision-making.
• Assist with payroll processing and payroll records.
• Support the accounting team with finance-related admin tasks and process improvements.
