Job summary

Sphere Rocket VA US is seeking a disciplined Social Media Production Assistant to transform weekly podcast content into short-form clips for Reels, TikTok, Shorts, and LinkedIn, and to create branded visuals and SEO notes. You will leverage AI tools to streamline transcription, drafting, and captioning while upholding strict quality controls for real estate figures and brand templates.

Responsibilities

• Manage inboxes, organize emails, and respond to inquiries.
• Prepare Broker Price Opinion (BPO) and Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) reports using existing templates and platforms.
• Retrieve property details and comparable listings from the MLS.
• Enter property information, update listing statuses, and verify occupancy or vacancy.
• Review, save, and submit reports accurately within deadlines.Handle real estate valuation-related administrative tasks and data entry.
• Follow the client’s established workflows, SOPs, and procedures.
• Assist with basic bookkeeping, phone calls, and social media tasks as needed.

In this role, you will take weekly long-form podcast recordings and transform them into short-form video clips (Reels, TikTok, Shorts, LinkedIn), branded Canva graphics, SEO-friendly show notes, and scheduled social posts. Working directly alongside our Marketing Coordinator and Events Coordinator, you will leverage AI utilities to streamline transcription, drafting, and video captioning while maintaining strict quality control over real estate figures, claims, timestamps, and brand templates.

Responsibilities:

• Manage inboxes, organize emails, and respond to inquiries.
• Prepare Broker Price Opinion (BPO) and Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) reports using existing templates and platforms.
• Retrieve property details and comparable listings from the MLS.
• Enter property information, update listing statuses, and verify occupancy or vacancy.

Qualifications:

• Previous administrative back-end support and real estate experience
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (G Suite), Microsoft 365, and AI tools.
• Experience with CRM management.
• Familiarity with BPOs, CMAs, MLS navigation, and comparable property research is highly preferred.
• Experience with BPO platforms such as VMRS, ResNet, Pyramid Platform, or Acceleris is a plus.
• Experience building efficient systems and streamlining workflows is highly preferred.
