Job summary

FiberHome Phils., Inc. is seeking an experienced professional to lead S0P surveying and design tasks within the telecommunications sector. The role emphasizes FTTH familiarity, solid project management, and effective coordination with clients and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will manage RTA-related activities, oversee BOM/BOQ creation, and ensure quality standards across design and RTA implementations, while coordinating with internal and external teams to meet project objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience in surveying and designing S0P within the telecommunications industry.
• Preference given to FTTH experience.
• Familiarity with FTTH materials, specs, and FTTH standards; knowledge of overhead and underground technologies.
• Demonstrated extensive project management experience, including team leadership and prompt responsiveness.
• Experience in project coordination, client communication, and problem-solving during implementation.
• Strong stress tolerance and willingness to work overtime when necessary.

Job description

QUALIFICATIONS:

(1) Candidates should have experience in surveying and designing S0P within the telecommunications industry

(preference will be given to those with FTTH experience);

(2) Familiarity with FTTH materials and specifications, FTTH standards, as well as overhead and underground technologies, is required;

(3) Demonstrated extensive project management experience, including team leadership, prompt response capability, and strong adaptability;

(4) Experience in project coordination, client communication, and problem-solving during implementation is essential;

(5) Possess strong stress tolerance, the ability to respond promptly to project team requirements, and willingness to work overtime when necessary.
