Job summary

FiberHome Phils., Inc. is seeking an Engineering professional with a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering to lead telecom design efforts for FTTH/FTTX projects.

The role involves overseeing design teams, coordinating with clients and stakeholders, and ensuring high-quality deliverables. Candidates should have 2-4 years in telecom design, experience with HLD/LLD, survey, RTA, As-Built, and proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel/Sheets, and Google Earth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in telecom design, FTTH/FTTX projects, or OSP network deployment.
• Experience in managing design teams and handling projects across multiple areas or provinces.
• Strong background in telecom design processes, including Survey, HLD, LLD, RTA, and As-Built Plan activities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, AutoCAD, Google Earth, and related design/tracking tools.
• Strong leadership, coordination, communication, and client coordination skills.
• Experience coordinating with clients, project stakeholders, and internal teams regarding project concerns and deliverables.
• Willing to travel and conduct field validation when necessary.
