Job summary

FiberHome Phils., Inc. is seeking a Project Manager for FTTH deployment in Isabela, Philippines. The role involves coordinating multiple sites, managing permits, and ensuring regulatory compliance to deliver projects on time.

You will work with cross-functional teams, manage budgets and schedules, and communicate effectively with stakeholders to drive successful project delivery from RTA to RTB through completion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Construction/Project Management, or related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in FTTH, telecommunications, construction, engineering, site acquisition, permitting, or project delivery.
• Experience in site acquisition, permitting, ROW, utility coordination, and stakeholder management.
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication, coordination, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to manage multiple sites/projects and cross-functional stakeholders while meeting deadlines and targets.
• Knowledge of FTTH deployment, regulatory requirements, compliance, and project documentation.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and accountable for project delivery from RTA to RTB through completion.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Construction/Project Management, or related field.

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in FTTH, telecommunications, construction, engineering, site acquisition, permitting, or project delivery.

• Experience in site acquisition, permitting, ROW, utility coordination, and stakeholder management.

• Skilled in project scheduling, cost/budget control, progress monitoring, risk/issue management, and reporting.

• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; project management tools are an advantage.

• Strong communication, coordination, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Able to manage multiple sites/projects and cross-functional stakeholders while meeting deadlines and targets.

• Knowledge of FTTH deployment, regulatory requirements, compliance, and project documentation is preferred.
