AXA Philippines is seeking a Unit Head to lead and grow a team of financial advisors, recruit and train new talent, and drive branch performance.

You will set quarterly and annual targets, oversee operations, and ensure adherence to IC regulations, while coaching advisors in sales techniques and financial planning strategies.

Aufgaben

• Actively source, recruit, and onboard new talent to become Financial Advisors under your unit
• Develop a structured field sales team and guide new recruits through the licensing and onboarding processes
• Train and mentor advisors on product knowledge, sales techniques, and financial planning strategies
• Accompany new advisors on initial client calls or product presentations to provide on-the-ground support and joint-fieldwork coaching
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to help team members improve their productivity and reach their full potential
• Set and own the quarterly and annual sales and manpower targets for your specific unit
• Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) daily and monthly to ensure the team is on track to meet branch and company objectives
• Implement strategic initiatives and sales campaigns to motivate the team and boost production
• Oversee the daily operations of your sales unit
• Ensure that all team members strictly adhere to company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements set by the Insurance Commission (IC)

About the role

A Unit Head (also frequently called a Unit Manager) takes on a leadership and people management role. While a Financial Advisor focuses on direct personal sales, the Unit Head is responsible for building, training, and managing their own team of advisors to drive collective business growth.

Key responsibilities
