Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Minimum of 2 years hands-on experience implementing Payroll Modules, preferably UKG Ready or similar.
• Experience in HR-IT implementations and SaaS deployment models.
• Strong written and verbal communication for NA stakeholder engagement.
