Accenture in the Philippines seeks an Application Consultant experienced in UKG Ready HR modules (Core HR, Performance, Benefits, TAC, Compensation, etc.). The role focuses on implementing HR modules, aligning with client requirements, and guiding configuration, testing, and deployment.

Strong North America stakeholder engagement is essential for success. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years in HR module implementations, preferably with UKG Ready or similar SaaS

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in implementing HR modules.
• Preferably with UKG Ready products or similar platforms.

• Experience in customizing and configuring HR modules to meet client needs.
