Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience supporting & maintaining UKG time & attendance solutions.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Time Management & SAP Payroll, particularly the integration between time systems & payroll.
• Proven experience troubleshooting time & payroll interfaces, including data transfer failures, mapping issues, missing records, & integration errors.
• Strong understanding of time-to-payroll data flows & the impact of time data on payroll processing.
• Strong expertise in data reconciliation, validation, & discrepancy analysis across UKG & SAP systems.
• Experience supporting multi-country time & attendance environments, including varying business & time-management requirements across countries.
