You will review tax computations and contributions, maintain records, and drive continuous improvement in payroll controls and timelines while coordinating with HR and Finance across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on, end-to-end payroll processing experience.
• 3+ years of experience leading or supervising a payroll team.
• Experience with SAP in payroll execution.

Responsibilities

• Manage and process end-to-end payroll accurately and on time.
• Review payroll calculations, tax computations, and statutory contributions.
• Ensure full compliance with payroll-related government regulations.
• Lead, coach, and support the payroll team in day-to-day operations.
