Job summary

Accenture in the Philippines seeks an Application Consultant experienced in UKG Ready HR modules (Core HR, Performance, Benefits, TAC, Compensation, etc.). The role focuses on implementing HR modules, aligning with client requirements, and guiding configuration, testing, and deployment.

Strong North America stakeholder engagement is essential for success. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years in HR module implementations, preferably with UKG Ready or similar SaaS

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related fields.
At least 2 years of hands-on experience in implementing HR modules.
Preferably with UKG Ready products or similar platforms.
Proficiency in HR-IT implementation and familiarity with SaaS deployment models.
Certifications or training related to HR systems implementation or relevant HR modules.
Experience in customizing and configuring HR modules to meet client needs.

Responsibilities

Lead and execute the implementation of UKG Ready HR modules in alignment with client requirements.
Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless module integration and functionality.
Provide expert guidance and support in configuring, testing, and deploying HR modules effectively.
Act as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring alignment with project goals.
