Job summary

Cedar Network and Data Solution is seeking a Property Lead Generation Executive to support growth of a UK property portfolio. You will identify UK landlords, engage them, and introduce property services while building strong relationships to create opportunities for the acquisition team.

Responsibilities include researching prospects, making outbound calls, sending emails, following up, and maintaining an active pipeline in the CRM.

Qualifications

• Experience in Lead Generation, Business Development, Sales, Telesales, Telemarketing, Appointment Setting, Real Estate, or a similar role.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Confident speaking with UK-based clients, landlords, and business professionals.
• Strong ability to build rapport and develop professional relationships.
• Confident presenting and explaining services over the phone or during meetings.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential UK landlords, property owners, letting agents, and property professionals.
• Generate new landlord and property leads through outbound calls, email, LinkedIn, property portals, and other channels.
• Contact prospective landlords and introduce the company's property services.
• Build rapport and establish professional relationships with potential landlords.
• Explain services and identify suitable property opportunities.
• Qualify opportunities and pass suitable leads to the property acquisition team.
• Arrange appointments and meetings with interested landlords.
• Follow up consistently with prospects and maintain an active pipeline.
• Maintain accurate lead, contact, and prospect information in the CRM.
